A local company is looking to add a Senior Civil Designer to their laid back, self-motivated team! They work with some of the best clients in the area and are 100% FULLY REMOTE!

YOU MUST BE BASED WITHIN 1-2 HOURS OF PHILADELPHA, PA TO BE CONSIDERED. Company details

Been in business for over 15 years
Civil Engineering firm focused in the land development sector (mostly private work)
Project types include commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and more!
100% remote company/opportunity ; they have been remote since they opened, so they know how to manage a remote workforce!
Co-working spaces available
Continuously growing, and looking for the right people to join the firm for the long-haul
Management is flexible and understanding - absolutely NO micromanagement!

/Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in land development design (preferably private sector)
Must enjoy working on various project types including but not limited to: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential, etc.
Must want to work on projects in the PA and NJ region
Must be well versed in Civil 3D
Must be comfortable working in a 100% remote setting (work from home)
Preparation of grading and stormwater management designs for land development projects
Preparation of stormwater management plans/reports as required for NPDES and E&S submissions
Must be willing and able to mentor, guide, lead, and collaborate with other Civil Designers as well as take the lead on projects (design).
