Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional HVAC installation and repair experience. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. As a residential and light commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems to maximize customer comfort and minimize downtime.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Perform planned maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating motors.
• Install and repair ductwork and piping systems to ensure proper airflow and refrigerant circulation.
• Install and program thermostats and other HVAC control systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Provide customers with explanation of the work to be performed, answer questions, and provide guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and industry developments related to residential HVAC systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

30-40/hr
