Community LIFE is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to older adults (55+) living in the community. We are adding an On-Call RN position to our team.
Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.
Schedule: On-Call from 4pm to 8am Monday-Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends. EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY. This position will be considered full time and will be paid a full time salary for working every other week. This position requires the ability to arrive at our participants homes within 45 minutes of receiving a call.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, advise, teach, and coordinate care for older adult participants
- Evaluate participants for episodic illness after business hours in collaboration with the Provider
- Document care provided and changes in participant's condition in a timely manner
- Provide nursing care and prescribed treatments
- Demonstrate nursing care to participants and caregivers/families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably in long term care, home care, or community health
- Experience in teaching patients and other healthcare workers is preferred
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
- Possess a valid PA Driver s License
- Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
