Position Summary
Property Maintenance Company is looking to add another technician to assist in overseeing all the work involved in the upkeep of rental properties or apartments and the surrounding building areas.

Position Summary
Property Maintenance Company is looking to add another technician to assist in overseeing all the work involved in the upkeep of rental properties or apartments and the surrounding building areas.
Essential Functions
- Performing general repairs on properties, including: drywall, painting, and repairing doors, lights, locks, windows, screens, floors, gutters and drains.
- Performing maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical
- Operating and performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, appliances and related systems.
- Arriving on time to all scheduled work orders.
- Following appropriate company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants, fellow workers and the general public
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Promptly responding to all incoming phone calls, emails, and texts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times/100 pounds team lift occasionally.
- Must be able to carry tools and equipment up and down stairs.
- Must be able to climb ladders and balance on scaffolding
- 2+years of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Smartphone and applications
- Ability to follow directions
- Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes
