Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a successful history of quality guest service, team building, and development of people
- Experience in analyzing financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
- Aptitude towards learning, coaching, and teamwork; ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse staff accountable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards while efficiently managing time and priorities
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
- Proficient in typical desktop software programs
- Experience in inventory management, scheduling, spreadsheets, labor management, and knowledge of P&L's is desired
- Competitive pay based on experience with bonus potential
