Position Title: Financial & Reimbursement Consultant (Hybrid)
Job Location: Zanesville, OH 43701
Shift: Monday-Friday, no weekends or call
40 hours/week, hybrid position (NOT fully remote).
Monday-Friday, no weekends or calls.
Experience required with Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations and procedures, contract negotiations & CPT coding.
Multiple Epic certifications will be required and must be obtained within the assigned timeframe (or will be released from the position).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related area is required or the candidate must possess equivalent work experience with reimbursement methodologies, contract language, and adjudication of claims.
• THIS IS NOT A BILLING POSITION*
The F&R Consultant completes contract build/modeling, performance reporting, and maintenance within Epic EMR; assists with new payer/plan build and design within Epic; negotiates payment on individual non-network cases; assists with third-party payer reimbursements
