Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Mobile Maintenance Technician to its team. This role will work in London, OH and works Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $28 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for building monitoring, building system operations and performance across 3 sites including production, office and warehouse facilities.
• Receiving and closing CMMS system work orders
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance.
• Utilize various trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, heating, and cooling.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and work safety.
• Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Order necessary materials and supplies to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Aid in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, drains, shops, and HVAC systems.
Must-Haves:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license.; Mobile duties necessary for this position-individual will need their own vehicle to be considered for this position
Nice-to-Haves:
• Safety training certification.
• Forklift training certification.
