Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for an experienced Material Handler to join the team! The Material Handler is responsible for conducting put-aways, transferring shipments to their designated areas, and overall material replenishment for the department.

The hours for this role are 7:00am - 3:30pm and we pay weekly.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications:

Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas
Attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers
Able to work both on your own and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance
Knowledge of the basic operations of a distribution center
Experience reading inventory reports and conducting basic math calculations
Comfortable with using a ladder, heights of 10' are not a problem for you.
Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 30lbs

Responsibilities:

Review the inventory for packaging supplies and reorder as necessary. Materials include, but are not limited to ice packs, corrugated boxes, packing paper, box tape etc.
Replenish shipping stations, and pick carts with materials pickers and shippers use throughout the day
Replenish totes throughout the warehouse as needed
Prep and wrap pallets using automated pallet wrap and pallet jacks
Transfer packages from our shippers to designated consolidation areas
Organize inventory locations based on product demand, quantity and size

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
