Job Title:
This position will provide support to LG by managing workflow tasks, facilitating & documenting regular scheduled corporate meetings (e.g., AFMC corporate process, AFSC integrated decision sessions). Additionally the individual in this role will author LG action reports, presentations for LG management, monitor financial executions, as well as post and manage content on the LG SharePoint site. Will apply knowledge of office management, methods and procedures as well as be responsible for tracking suspenses in the Task Managment Tool (TMT) system. This position will directly support GS-14 and GS-15 government personnel, and coordinate with other Administrative Assistants for calendar scheduling.
Required Skills/Education:
Minimum of seven years of related administrative experience.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must be proficient in SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar management.
Must have experience with TMT
Education:
High School or GED Equivalent
