Responsibilities for the Commercial Electrician:
- Perform all general electrical service calls for commercial clients.
- Build trust and rapport with customers, providing expert recommendations for products and services.
- Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
- Exceed revenue goals by delivering exceptional service and meeting service criteria.
- Represent the company professionally to gain referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business success.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in training exercises, meetings, and industry events.
- Mentor apprentices to ensure quality repairs and installations.
Requirements for the Commercial Electrician:
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- 1-3 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Proficiency in electrical techniques, including hardware, junction boxes, circuit breaker units, trace lines, and wiring diagrams.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
