AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR A FACILITIES TECHNICIAN!
LOCATION: ROCHESTER, NY
PAY: $18.00-$23.00
Responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior spaces of one of our commercial properties and office buildings
Landscap, general cleaning and maintenance of building interiors
Manage electrical lighting systems, replacing ceiling tiles, maintaining drain pumps and drinking fountains, and managing inventory material from ordering to documentation
Medical benefits, 401k, PTO, sick leave, company cell phone, and work uniforms available upon hire. Facilities technicians will also have access to a company vehicle.
Skill Requirements
Previous experience in building or facility maintenance
Residential or commercial construction experience
HVAC experience beneficial but not mandatory
High mechanical aptitude
Ability to provide customer service when speaking with commercial tenants
Additional Information
Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift
Minimal on call after 6 months of training - additional compensation provided
Employer provided uniforms and cell phone
No travel required
