What Your Experience Will Be:


As an Implementation Project Manager at Slang.ai, you will play a crucial role in the successful onboarding of new clients. Your experience will be dynamic, multifaceted, and rewarding, involving a blend of project management, client relationship management, and technical understanding. You will work within the Customer Experience department, engaging with various internal teams, such as Product and Sales, to ensure a cohesive customer journey. This role is remote and may require occasional travel to visit clients or for company offsite meetings.

What Success Looks Like
Client Engagement :
Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring they are informed, comfortable, and confident in each step.
Project Management & Execution:
Deliver projects on time, within scope, while exceeding client expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, effectively managing resources, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders to drive project completion and client satisfaction.
Customization & Configuration:
Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, milestones,, and risk management strategies while also refining these processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. This strategic focus ensures that each project is executed with precision while also driving improvements in project management methodologies.
Training & Support:
Success in this strategic opportunity entails not only delivering impactful training sessions that empower new clients to use our software effectively but also developing a robust training framework. This framework should seamlessly integrate into the entire customer journey, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track project progress against established milestones and timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
Client Relationships & Championship:
Be an expert of our customers' team. Make strategic recommendations respectfully while having a 'take it off their plate' attitude and driving outcomes for their business through a thoughtful and customized rollout of slang.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes and project management practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
Experience:
3+ years of onboarding or customer success experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Traits and Behaviors:
Customer-centric mindset, strong organization skills, attention to detail, time management, responsiveness, empathy, and experience working cross functionally.
Adaptability :
Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving startup environment and excels under pressure.
Coachability:

Communication Skills:
Strong in both written and verbal communication, a good listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive, with a high EQ.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in SaaS or hospitality (Hotels or restaurants) is a plus.

$85,000 - $110,000 a year
