Our firm is growing and hiring a small group of Sales and Marketing Managers that will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and managing their own respective teams for bringing our IT Services to Fortune 1000 organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities as a Sales and Marketing Manager include:
Conduct phone and video interviews with potential sales reps; hire, onboard and train new sales reps
Oversee, manage, and mentor a team of 5-10 sales representatives in day-to-day sales activity, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
Execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Foster a high-energy, positive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm ET.
