In addition to providing outstanding customer service, our Patio Workers are positioned among the plants and are responsible for unloading,watering,merchandising and general plant upkeep along with providing quality control & a clean/ safe workplace & shopping experience for our customers.
Skills:
- Follows operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete /on-time service
- Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage & safety
- Plant Maintenance: Watering, Pruning & Cleaning Plants
- Loading and unloading plant material
- Product quality control
- Stocking / labeling
- Product moves & re-organization
- Store upkeep
- Performs other related duties as assigned
