Registered Nurse - Case Manager - Part Time
Join our team at UNM Hospitals and be a part of a program that offers increasing compensation levels based on your Nursing Education and National Certifications. Earn up to $8.00 in addition to base pay. We are currently offering sign-on bonuses and weekday/weekend night differentials. This part-time position will involve coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, managing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Nursing program
- 1 year of related experience
- Current RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
Physical Conditions:
This role may involve light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
Working conditions:
Minor hazards such as physical risks, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise may be present.
