Survey Office Technician

Job Summary

Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time Survey Office Technician to join our Survey and Spatial Data Group in our Albuquerque, NM office.

As a Survey Office Technician in the Survey and Spatial Data Group, you would be involved in numerous tasks that include assisting with the following:

* Reduction of survey data - GPS, LiDAR, sUAS and other data sets

* Preparation of survey documents including:

* Geodetic Control

* Plats

* ALTAs

* Topographic Maps

* Easements

* GIS digital deliveries

* Strong organizational skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Attention to detail.

* The ability to problem solve and innovate.

* Work with limited supervision.

WHO YOU ARE

* You have a High School Diploma or 2-year related degree preferred.

* You have a minimum of one year of experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D.

* You have experience with GIS software, construction staking calculations, data reduction for boundary, right-of-way surveys, topographic and/or engineering design will be considered more qualified.

* Candidates with survey field experience will be considered more qualified.
