Associate E-Commerce Operations - US

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our Moonachie team. This is full-time, in person position.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Ensuring all the online order fulfillment is administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards
Support with the day to day operations of the E-Commerce Picking-Packing team
Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
Perform administrative order tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, cancelation processing, and order return (customer and carrier) etc.
Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective
Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met
Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking)
Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
Perform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing, wrapping skids when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

High School Diploma or relevant designation is required
Relevant College Diploma is an asset
1 - 2 years of relevant warehouse, fulfillment experience is required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
Effective time management and communication skills
