Customer Service Maintenance Technician

Our client in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Service tech for a Temp to Hire career opportunity.

Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM
Salary: $43,000 Base + 2 Bonuses per year of $5K each

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving of parts
  • Making parts quotations for customers, processing customer's parts orders
  • Troubleshooting and repair of machines over the phone and by visiting customer site
  • Resolve customer's complaints via phone and/or email
  • Create invoice and prepare shipping by FedEx and UPS
  • Arrange and go to business trip to customer site for both domestic and international.
  • Order Uline products for maintenance dept. and control dept.
  • Crating, moving machine, and organize the pallets. Receive and uncrate machines
  • Collect money from passed due invoices
  • Organize and clean warehouse.
  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience in machinery
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Japanese a plus but not required
  • Travel (International and Local travel- travel expenses will be reimbursed)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $43,000.00 - $43,000.00
