Summary - Vaco is working with a Travel Company and they have an opening for a dynamic Staff Accountant. This person will play an integral part in the Finance Team where they will handle month end close and reconciliation of accounts. Duties -
- Preparation of daily cash reports
- Chargeback management
- Financial Reporting
- Accounts Payable and accounts receivable
- Month end close
- Bank reconciliations
- Analyze of revenue and expense accounts
- Management of full account analysis
- Assist with the yearly financial statement audit
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus
- Experience with Concur is a plus
- Excellent Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V Lookups, etc)
