DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a full-time Office Assistant for the construction side of the business who oversees various initiatives related to property development, maintenance, and improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements
Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Communication: Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1 year of Real Estate experience or start up experience
1-2 years of experience in office management preferred
Excellent communication skills are crucial for liaising with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and clients. The ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
