Job Title: Telemetry Nurse
Location: Bricktown, NJ 08724
Shift: Morning/Evening/Nights
Duration: 3 Months with high possibility of extension
Pay Range: $58 to $64/Hour.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.
Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient s needs.
Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
Initiates assessment based on the patient s problems or needs, the physician s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
Skills:
Minimum 2 years (recent) Telemetry experience required.
May be floated to other units within scope including inpatient m/s, inpatient tele, observation unit, inpatient ED holding area.
Education:
Associate s in nursing - Required.
Bachelor s in nursing Preferred.
Required Certifications and License:
ACLS - AHA
BLS - AHA
NIHSS
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
