Qu vas a hacer
Aprender a realizar mantenimiento preventivo, Modificaciones de campo (FMIs) puntuales y precisos. Apoya a los ingenieros de campo ms experimentados con la instalacin del equipo.
Trabajar con ingenieros de campo experimentados en la resolucin de problemas bsicos y las necesidades de reparacin de servicio en el equipo designado.
Comunicacin eficaz con los clientes para garantizar la resolucin y el seguimiento adecuado, lo que lleva a la satisfaccin del cliente.
Relacin cercana con el cliente, recomienda servicios de valor agregado que ayudarn al cliente a administrar su negocio de manera ms eficiente.
Se mantiene actualizado en las responsabilidades administrativas, como el mantenimiento de registros de servicio al cliente y registros internos de servicio de manera oportuna, el pedido de repuestos y la administracin de los tiempos de ciclo.
Apoya el desarrollo de cuentas clave. Involucra efectivamente a las contrapartes comerciales, identifica posibles clientes potenciales de ventas, participa en oportunidades de venta como renovaciones de contratos y ayuda a promover e implementar programas de ingresos.
Lo que necesitas tener
Estudiante de 7mo semestre en adelante de Ingeniera Electrnica (comunicaciones, potencia), Ingeniera Mecatrnica, Ingeniera Biomdica, o afn
Experiencia con aplicaciones web y con el conjunto de productos de Microsoft
Slidas habilidades de comunicacin oral y escrita.
Slidas habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo.
Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente.
Slidas habilidades para la resolucin de problemas.
