Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Information Systems, or related area, plus three years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirements gathering through document and data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and effective group facilitation. A thorough understanding of how to capture customer business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in creating detailed documentation through various formats (i.e., text, diagrams/visualizations, process maps, requirements registries). Comfortable facilitating discussions with groups, which can include senior team members and subject matter experts, ensuring a collaborative and informed dialogue. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Preference to work in a dynamic environment, interfacing with diverse team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education. Broad-based information technology experience. Training and/certification in process analysis and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, continuous process improvement, or Total Quality Management ( TQM ). Knowledgeable in or able to quickly learn common tools leveraged by project managers. Proficiency with Office 365.

Summary of Position
