As a MNA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.We are looking for FT and PT NH LICENSED MNA's.Shifts Available are 6a-12p and 5p-10pPay rate:
$25-$26.25 depending on experience.MNA Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration/assistance to Director of Nursing.Documents administration/assistance on Medication Observation Record (MOR).Responsible for documentation on PRN meds and affect, as allowed per state regulations.Checks all med books and ensures that meds have been given, treatments completed, and all initials are complete as state regulations permitWe believe in offering our employees meaningful benefits.

Must complete a state approved training course in medication administration and receive a certificate of satisfactory successful completion.
Must retain NH license as applicable by state regulation.Must also attend the Benchmark Medication Aide training program.Must demonstrate competency in accordance with the state-approved protocol in drug administration/ assistance.Successfully complete Medication Aide competency review (as supervised by RCD / RCN)Must have current certification as a nursing assistant or have successfully completed the certified home health aide or homemaker/personal care homemaker training program.High School education preferredCPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hirePhysically able to move at least 50 lbs.
