Who you are:
As an integral member of the unit-based care delivery teamby performing a variety of technical components essential to the ongoing delivery of quality patient care. Performs a variety of generic and population-specific technical activities, which support the delivery of optimal patient care while maintaining the highest level of patient safety.To complete appropriate unit-based elements of EKG processes and/or phlebotomy.
What you'll do:
•Under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, you will perform a variety of duties, to include, but not limited to the following:
oActivities of Daily Living
oVital Signs
oAmbulation
oPhlebotomy
oPerform as a Monitor Tech
oPerform as an EMT/AEMT
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
•Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and/or National registry of Emergency Medical Technicians EMT/AEMT certification.
•Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required
•Requires the ability to utilize and navigate electronic clinical documentation system in order to enter patient data
•American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Note: If not BLS certified through AHA, must obtain within 21 days from date of hire
•High School diploma or equivalent
