Join Our Team

We are currently seeking LPNs to join our team at Pleasant View Center. If you have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or are a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, we encourage you to apply. Previous experience in long-term care is welcomed but not mandatory. You must hold a current unrestricted LPN license in the state you practice in, as well as a current CPR certification.

LPN Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Direct the daily activities of the LNAs in accordance with regulations and established policies.
  • Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Observe and document changes in residents' status, notifying the physician and family or representative.
  • Administer medications, perform wound treatments, and carry out physician orders.
  • Schedule appointments and provide necessary care skills to residents.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain proper care plans.
  • Ensure medications, supplies, and equipment are stocked and handle confidential health information.
