Summary
This temporary role offers daily pay and company-provided travel. As an Installer, you will be responsible for receiving, unpackaging, and setting up equipment, machines and furniture, removing trash, staging electronics, assisting with power setup, and general installation duties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Receiving Equipment, Machines and Furniture: Accept deliveries of equipment, machines and furniture necessary for the casino setup.
• Unpackaging Equipment: Carefully unpackage equipment and machines, ensuring all components are intact and accounted for.
• Trash Removal: Remove packaging materials and other trash from the building, placing them in the designated dumpsters.
• Staging and Unpacking Electronics: Stage and unpackage electronics required for the machines, preparing them for installation.
• Power Setup Assistance: Assist in pulling and setting up power to machine locations, ensuring proper connectivity.
• General Installation: Perform general installation and assembly duties, following provided instructions and ensuring everything is set up correctly.
Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of electronics and power setups
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in installation or assembly roles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and power setups is advantageous.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
• The role will be performed in a casino construction environment.
• Expect exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Physical Demands
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and manual labor tasks.
• Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
