Responsibilities\u00A0
- Creating a superior customer experience and responding to inquiries from Fidelity Charitable Donors, Advisors and Non-Profits\u00A0
- Conducting research, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering timely problem resolution\u00A0
- Facilitating timely, accurate and efficient back-office financial transactions as needed, processing account inquiries and service actions, and ensuring that daily work meets accuracy standards\u00A0
- Interacting with other internal Charitable business units as needed\u00A0
