The Store Maintenance Associate is responsible all aspects of facility maintenance.
- Maintain painting and wall repairs
- Order and install specialized light bulbs in Beauty and throughout the store (various chandeliers and signs)
- Assist the store with other bulb ordering and installation
- Maintain exterior landscaping and trash removal from building perimeter
- Pressure wash all entrances quarterly and maintain cleanliness (including lower-level parking deck entrance area)
- Replace carpet and/or ceiling tiles as needed
- Support store with general maintenance needs, such as register moves and minor hardware restroom repairs
- Coordinate gathering and moving of materials/equipment necessary for assigned projects
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Assist in correcting situations which could be harmful to customers and/or associates
- Follow all safety and risk management guidelines and policies
- Occasionally support other store locations as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs at floor level and above shoulder height
- Ability to push or pull up to 500 lbs carts to sales floor
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
