$1,500 weekly average gross starting pay

Solo company OTR drivers earn 0.53 - 0.62 CPM depending on experience on van hauls
Solo company OTR drivers earn 0.58 - 0.67 CPM on reefer hauls
Company driver teams start at 0.73 CPM

Mileage base pay, average 2,800 - 3,000 miles/week
Weekly pay with a quick pay option available
All miles paid as loaded
No partial loads
100% no-touch, 80% drop and hook dry van
90% customer-based freight
675-mile average length of haul
W2 employment

Requirements:

At least 18 months of CDL A experience is required
