We areseeking an HVAC Sales Representative in the Hattiesburg, MS area whoshares our passion for delivering top-notch results and leaving a lastingimpression on our customers!
PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fostering relationships to generate new business and hunt for new customers
- Handling renewals on service agreements while growing the current customer base
- Working with existing clients to quote and make recommendations for repairs and replacements on equipment
- Accurately estimating costs and providing detailed proposals to clients
- Analyzing plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Reviewing contracts and negotiate pricing with clients and vendors
- Preparing comprehensive proposals that outline scope, schedule, and cost breakdowns
- Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
- 1+ years of HVAC Industry experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disabilities Insurance
- 401(k) with Company Match
