Duties/Responsibilities:General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plansProduce schedules and monitor attendance of crewAllocate general and daily responsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and train new and existing employeesEnsure manpower and resources are adequateCoordinate and communicate with all project personnel to avoid potential problems as well as identify and resolving problems when they ariseGuarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are metSupervise the use of machinery and equipmentMonitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budgetReport on progress to managers, engineers etc.Conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA and company standardsOperate various pieces of equipmentPerform general labor and other construction related duties as required
