AltaStaff is a boutique staffing agency, currently looking for an Evening Mail Processing Clerk for our Client Jefferson City, MO.
Quarterly Bonuses of up to $200.00 (must meet eligibility requirements).
This is a full time, long term, in-office position.
Full time: Monday - Friday,
3:30pm to 12am (10% Shift Differential paid from 6pm to 12am)
40 Hour work week
Hourly rate: $13.50 hourly ($14.85/hr night shift pay)

The Purpose of the Evening Mail Processing Clerk is to assist in ensuring that the daily mail-room/imaging operations responsibilities are performed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to : Provides mail, imaging and data entry support to the Income Withholding, Modification and National Medical Support Notice units and assigned staff.
Indexes documents.
Scans all documents as required and uploads batches to state imaging system.
Performs quality verification on documents imaged to ensure 100% accuracy.
Ensure all Legal Action Referrals are imaged daily.
Open and sort mail appropriately.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: At least one year working in a clerical, data entry, or office assistance position
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed
Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer systems
Familiar with basic computer functions
Ability to work under production time-frames
Ability to work effectively with other staff
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
