As a DMS, you will manage and ensure data quality in MinneasotaHelp.Info and Help Me Connect websites. You will work with a team to maintain data for the MinnesotaHelp.info® and Help Me Connect websites. The DMS provides timely and excellent customer service to internal and external customers. They are responsible for understanding the data context to guide decision-making regarding updating website content targeted at consumers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human service, English, library science, or information technology.
- Minimum of three years of related experience, including one working with databases.
- Experience designing, implementing, and interpreting SQL database queries is a plus.
- Knowledge of data-driven websites, database-based computer applications, and the use of taxonomy for coding data.
- Preferred knowledge of human services, human service agencies, and government, legislative, and public policy processes is a plus
