FLSA Status: Non-Exempt = overtime eligible
Work Schedule:Traditionally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend work required.
Salary:Targeted salary range: $41,760-$44,900
Travel:Less than 10%
Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:Serve as the assistant to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. Assist with various duties related to NCAA and conference compliance and student-athlete relations, advocacy and academic progress.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree

Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
Required Minimum Work Experience:One year of compliance experience at any NCAA institution or conference office or two years of work experience in a secondary or higher education student service.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with NCAA rules/bylaws.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:Ability to use NCAA compliance software including Compliance Assistant Internet (CAi) and Legislative Services Database (LSDBi), ARMS or a comparable database/software program.
Possess CPR and first aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Ability to accurately and efficiently perform required computerized tasks including word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and web-based applications.
Ability to work effectively under stressful and high pressure conditions.
Ability to travel and work flexible and demanding hours.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Additional Desirable Qualifications:Previous experience as a NCAA athlete or coach.
Prior experience with compliance and eligibility process within college athletics.
