Director Of Quality Assurance

As a QA Director at Perficient, you will play a crucial role on the leadership team of our digital consultancy practice.
You will collaborate with the sales team, industry partners, and subject matter experts to deliver and expand digital solutions that transform how our clients connect with their customers and grow their business.
This will involve working with cross-functional teams to drive results and financial performance.

You'll work with the latest technologies, expand your skills, experience work-life balance, and become a part of our global community of talented, diverse, and knowledgeable colleagues.Demonstrable experience (typically 10+ years) in IT Project Leadership or IT Consulting.Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams.Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments and third-party integrations.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with recruiting, people management and performance discussions.10+ years experience in defining QA solution architectures, leading clients in requirements workshops and acting as advisor to senior leadership at clients.Understanding of Commercial QA solutions in the market, with ability to share strengths / gaps for each and advise customers on selections of QA technologies and platforms.The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $132,800 to $209,800.
