WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
• This position is for Direct Hire youll work directly for our client!
• 3rd shift opportunity (Sunday-Wednesday 7:30pm-6:00am shift with overtime as needed)
• Competitive hourly wage at $23/hr.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
• Programming Fanuc paint robots, including resetting, making minor program adjustments, and implementing process changes as needed.
• Proficiency in operating robot controllers and teach pendants, along with a strong understanding of robot mechanics.
• Monitoring and operating paint application equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Conducting quality checks on painted products and making necessary adjustments to automation or process parameters to maintain high quality (requires strong visual acuity).
• Creating, editing, and managing all relevant documentation related to paint processes.
• Identifying paint defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Acquiring the skills to develop programs for new and existing products as needed.
• Applying paint application techniques and modifying current processes to eliminate defects and improve overall quality.
• Collaborating in the development of tooling and fixtures for new product launches.
• Performing calibration and maintenance tasks on robots as part of preventive maintenance measures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• High school diploma/GED required - college coursework and/or degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years paint experience
• 1+ years of robotic experience required
• Experience with IATF 16949 requirements
