Salary
* Guaranteed minimum for 40 hrs/week starts at $40/hr
* Get a piece of the profits! Piece rate structure automatically kicks in if you earn more than your guaranteed minimum
Responsibilities
* Perform plumbing service work on residential plumbing systems in addition to whole-house plumbing evaluations
* Walk customers through service options to ensure solutions fit their needs and budget
* Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly
* Explain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed
* Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
* Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
* Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts. Ability to work weekends a plus, but not required!

Minimum Requirements
* Journeyman plumber license in the State of Michigan
