WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON Accounting and FinancialsOversight of Entrata software:
ensuring data is correct and up-to-date, processing bank deposits, monthly postings, running reports, etc.Rent collection for all units (including organizing deposits, preparing, and distributing late notices, filing with the magistrate, etc.)Responsible for walking units and posting all move-out charges, statements, and security deposit refundsSubmission of required status reports pertaining to property performanceConducting financial accounting audits in conjunction with regular lease auditsAll aspects of invoicingComplying with and enforcing local and state eviction lawsLeasing & Property AdministrationAssisting the property manager with general administrative and office tasks, including answering phones and assisting tenants when neededAuditing resident files to ensure accurate recordsAssisting with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfactionOther duties as assigned YOU COULD BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:
A High school diploma or EquivalentMicrosoft Excel proficiencyAre detail oriented and a self-starter with a hands-on approach YOU GET EXTRA POINTS WITH:
2 years of experience in bookkeeping or 2 years of general student housing/multi-family housing industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceEntrata software experienceAbility to address individuals, multitask, and work independently WHO PARK7 IS:
