We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide.
Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:
- Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents dignity and promoting their independence
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents rights
- Maintain and document proper records of care
- Immediately report changes in residents condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents whereabouts unknown, etc.
