Description: Analyze detailed software & hardware architectures, designs, and functional requirements for aircraft & surface mission systems.
Develop additional detailed system and software requirements.
Design, develop, test and implement MMS software and applications using tools such as JAVA, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Linux, OWL, CSS, C+, C#, Bootstrap, XML, HTML & WLSDL.
Develop scripts to interface with MMS system.
Develop interfaces to other systems and sensors for tooling, configuration, service updates and data recording.
Oversee the installation of software on a variety of MMS hardware configurations.
Develop Graphical User Interface (GUI) design.
Develop and Conduct unit, system tests & integration tests.
Conduct code reviews and develop technical documentation.
Lead team members to ensure software usability and reliability.
Manage the daily activities of the Minotaur Software team.
Conduct annual reviews of employees.
Conduct frequent Travel to meet Government requirements.
Obtain and Maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Mentor all software developers.
Conduct code reviews and Quality Assurance (QA) of software source code.
Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors.
Job Requirements

Requirements: 10+ years of experience related to the labor category.
Active Top-Secret clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from university or institution accredited by the U.S. Department of Education.
Knowledge and experience with JAVA, Javascript, Python, SQL, Linux, OWL, CSS, C+, C#, Bootstrap, XML, HTML & WLSDL.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript application frameworks such as React or Vue.js or Back-end service Programming in Python.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
Ability to remain flexible and adaptable.
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
General knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively utilize problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform tasks within predefined guidelines and procedures as assigned by manager or project team.
Must be willing to travel.
Have demonstrated experience in developing Angular user interfaces for web applications.
Must be able to lift/carry 20-50 lbs.
Be well versed in many of the following programming languages, tools, technologies, and standards that are used by the project:
Angular
Java
Python
SQL
PHP
Cloud (AWS) technologies
Docker
Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
Linux
Have good written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Security+ certification is preferred.
Experience with aircraft and/or mission systems is preferred.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Knowledge of HTTP and related standards such as REST
