Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and oral care practices
- Create treatment plans and discuss options with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with patients as necessary
- Be a leader and take ownership of the practice and the staff
- Ambitious, driven and motivated provider who wants to earn a good living doing what they love and take the program to the next level
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current state dental license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 4 day workweek
- Competitive compensation with additional performance based incentives

- Company covered lab fees
- Established practice with a consistent flow of new patients
