Next Phase is looking for a talented Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead experienced in developing winning solutions for government agencies such as NOAA, DHS, NASA (Goddard & HQ), DOC, FCC, FAA, and DISA. We are a top federal solutions provider searching for a dynamic individuals proficient in solutioning for federal proposal efforts, including one or more of the following: scientific data archives and environmental science systems (NASA/NOAA), 5G wireless solutions for tactical audio and video (private Federal networks) including support of Federal Spectrum Management Offices, and complex IT solutions rooted in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Experience in presenting solutions to federal leaders, writing white papers, and supporting proposal work is crucial for this role. This role is eligible for a $25,000.00 signing bonus.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect and or Program Technical Lead, you will be a key driving force in architecting innovative IT Solutions that address complex challenges within government agencies' IT and engineering domain. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact solutions that enhance government IT operations, showcase them in winning proposals, and provide thought leadership to senior and SES-level federal leadership.
Responsibilities:
Work together with clients to comprehend their strategic goals and technical needs.
Design solutions for targeted agency systems that are scalable and secure and capture the solutions in winning federal proposals.
Develop materials and participate in major presentations to senior federal leadership.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, recommending and incorporating innovative approaches into our solutions.
Support the Business Developer in account growth and new business efforts
Utilize your personal relationships to gain access to decision makers and build opportunities to present unique solutions.
Requirements
Experience as a Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead supporting government agencies such as NOAA, DHS, NASA (Goddard & HQ), DOC, FCC, FAA, and DISA as a Solutions Architect or overall Program-level Technical Lead (required). Trusted relationships with NOAA and/or DHS client(s) - a plus!
Experience developing briefings on complex technical topics and delivering presentations to senior and SES-level federal government leaders.
Experience developing technical portions of Federal proposals.
Experience developing Federal systems.
Fifteen (15) years of total experience in engineering or IT, with at least three (3) at a federal agency.
For eight (8) out of fifteen (15) years, served as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Program Manager.
Attend in-person meetings at NASA (Goddard & HQ), NOAA and DHS on a regular basis.
Residency Requirements:
Must be a US citizen or green card holder to perform this role.
Must be a US citizen to perform on DHS programs.
Candidate must have established residency in the US for the past three (3) years.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
