The Talon Tribe is hiring Golf Outside Services Attendants!

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Golf Outside Services Attendants to join the Talon Tribe. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Members and guests, ensuring an enjoyable golfing experience. As Golf Outside Services, you will be responsible for maintaining golf carts, assisting with bags, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and order of the golf facilities.

Position: Golf Outside Services

Classification: Seasonal, non-exempt

Schedule: Varies depending on business and your availability. Looking for someone who can work 2-4 days per week either mornings (6am-2pm) or evenings (3pm-7pm).

Salary range: $13.25 per hour plus tips

Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

The successful candidate will:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or country club setting
Knowledge of golf etiquette and basic golf terminology preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy items such as golf bags and operate golf carts
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
