Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
- Generating estimates
- Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
- Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance
- Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily
- Aggressive, Performance-Based Earning Potential

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident ability to operate with little supervision
- Process driven, with great organizational skills
- The desire to be successful in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume highly motivational environment
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work scheduled hours
- Experience with CDK drive
