- Positive Communication: Harness the power of positive behavior support strategies to cultivate essential social skills, enhance communication abilities, and promote independence among students.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!
- Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for employment
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Driver's license: A valid and current U.S. driver's license and 2+ years of licensed driving experience required
- Availability: 40-hour work week, M-F, 8 hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid midday break. 1 mandatory morning meeting each week at 7:40am. Punctuality is a must! We are all in this together!
- Experience: 1+ years experience working with people with disabilities and/or education in a related field.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Qualities: Reliability, compassion, and patience, coupled with a genuine passion for making a positive impact in people's lives
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to varying needs, preferences, and communication styles of those we support
