Location
The Patient Service Representative will be based at 383 Paradise Road in Swampscott, MA. Our office is open Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:
30AM to 5:
00PM. This is a hybrid opportunity, meaning there is potential for 1 day per week remote (based on performance, after the successful completion of the orientation/training program and the first 90 days).
Our team of expert obstetricians and gynecologists provide high-quality compassionate care to woman of all ages, including annual check-ups, pre-and postnatal care, and advanced gynecologic surgery. Many of our physicians are specially trained in performing minimally invasive procedures.

- Leading up to the patient visit, Patient Service Representatives schedule all appointments and obtain Prior Authorizations from insurances when needed for specific exams.
- During the patient's visit, the focus is check-in, which includes greeting patients, answering all of their questions, and assisting with any pre-visit paperwork/forms.
- At the conclusion of the visit, during check-out, Patient Service Representatives are tasked with the completion of forms, collection of co-payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments, tests, and/or procedures.
QualificationsQualifications
- 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred
- Epic experience preferred
High School Diploma or College level course work preferred but not required.
