Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and other Salesforce declarative tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement enhancements, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates.
- Perform Salesforce.com configuration and customization according to best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration techniques.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development, ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce declarative development.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git).
- Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with banking systems or financial services platforms, ideally with Client products.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, APIs, and security model.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Java is a must-have.
- Experience with Python is a nice-to-have.
