Summary
Provide support for the Board of Registration in Nursing.
Utilize a broad range of proven office and customer service skills to succeed in this role.
Assist the Board of Registration in Nursing with the licensure of applicants, focusing on Good Moral Character (GMC) requirements, and support the Complaint Resolution Coordinators (CRC) in case processing.
Manage GMC and background checks, which are mandatory for nursing licensure in Massachusetts.
Collaborate with Professional Credential Services (PCS) to process applications for the Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN).
Duties
Manage applicants, maintain electronic databases, and collaborate with Board staff and CRC.
Receive and process supportive documents for GMC evaluation, schedule meetings, and draft letters and memos.
Communicate effectively with applicants both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including the ability to sort and analyze data.
