Summary
Under supervision, providing overall administrative support to both Internal and External program managers.
Responsibilities
Oroviding overall administrative support to both Internal and External program managers.
Enter data into several databases.
Assist in digitizing manuals and various work products.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a digital library in the office's shared drives.
In addition, the selected candidate will also be responsible for processing mail and filing records.
Work collaboratively with others.
Follow directions verbally and in writing.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Be detail-oriented when working with documents and information.
Learn and use new skills taught by leadership.
Requirements
Use a computer for the purposes of word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, email, and the internet.
Operate common office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers.
Exercise sound decision-making, ingenuity, and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks.
Sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, kneel, squat and climb.
Ask questions regarding complicated tasks.
Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
